Masala #69 was outstanding with more new comics, new jokes and all round comedy brilliance. This week, we’re celebrating 70 nights of laughter in the comedy underground with our featured headlining act RYAN HYNEK (USA/HK). Joining Ryan Hynek are 11 comedians from Masala (including 2 debuts), each bringing a unique comedy style on stage, so get ready to LYFAO.

So buckle your seatbelts and get ready for our 70th show and join our Resident MC Umar Rana as he takes you on this laugh a minute ride in the comedy underground!

RYAN HYNEK (USA/HK)
Ryan Hynek has been doing standup comedy since 2007 and is a finalist in the Hong Kong International Comedy Competition. He has opened for top international comedians Paul Ogata, Tom Cotter, Amy Anderson and Shecky Wong. Ryan has been stirring it up at comedy venues around HK, Macau, Philippines, Indonesia, and of course USA. Before moving to HK, Ryan was a television news producer for CBS News in Missouri, where his newscasts were often unintentionally hysterical. A Hong Kong resident for more than ten years, and a high school English teacher by day provides him with most of his comedic inspiration, along with a captive, non-voluntary, audience of students to test his material.
